At Cooked by Callum, we take food safety and allergen management extremely seriously. All dishes are prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and we aim to accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements wherever possible.
However, please be aware that our food is prepared in environments where the following allergens are present:
Cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide (sulphites), lupin and molluscs.
While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens.
We kindly ask that all guests inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking and confirm again prior to the event. This allows us to design your menu safely and appropriately.
